怎样做盆底肌肉收缩练习

盆底肌肉无力会导致尿频或尿失禁,而这个练习有助强化这些肌肉。

开始在小便时练习,通过收紧阴道里的肌肉来中止排尿,从一数到十,然后放松肌肉让尿液流出。每次小便时重复练习几次,一旦领会了怎样做就可以在其它时间练习而不为人知。每天练习至少四次,每次练习让肌肉收缩五到十次。

有些妇女需要借助手术来解决尿失禁的问题,如果你有频发的尿失禁而这个练习无效的话, 你就要咨询妇女医疗保健方面的专业人员。这项练习可以每天都做,对所有妇女都有好处,有助于强化肌肉并预防以后出现的老年问题。
