Shida hizi nyingi haziwezi kubadilishwa hadi pale wafanyikazi watakapokutana na kuamrisha mabadiliko.

Baadhi ya mambo unayoweza kufanya ili kuzuia shida ni pamoja na:

Ukianza kazi mpya, pata ushauri kutoka kwa mkubwa au mwelekezi wako jinsi ya kutumia vyema vifaa vyote na kemikali.

Ikiwezekana, vaa nguo za kukukinga - kama kofia, mask, glavu, vidude vya masikio vya kuzuia kelele nyingi. Ikiwa utatumie mashine kazini, usivae nguo zisizokutosha vyema. Funga nywele zako na uzifunike.

Ikiwa unapofanyia kazi kuna joto, kunywa maji mengi na vyakula vya chumvi — haswa ikiwa wewe ni mjamzito. Ni rahisi kwa wanawake kupata joto la kiharusi kuliko wanaumme.
