Utengenezaji wa vyungu:

Fungua madirisha na milango ili hewa safi iingie. Puliza hewa nje ukitumia kiyoyozi ikiwa kuna umeme. Vaa kifaa cha kujikinga ambacho huzuia vumbi kuingia mwilini.

Upakaji rangi wa vyungu: Angalia 'Futari ya sumu( lead poisoning)'

Ushonaji, Ushonaji wa vitambaa vya maua, utengenezaji wa lace: Ikiwa itawezekana, Ongeza kiasi cha mwangaza unapofanaya kazi na upumzike mara kadhaa iwezekanavyo. Angalia habari zinazoangazia 'Kukaa/kuketi au kusimama kwa muda mrefu na 'kurudia mzunguko uo huo'.

Utengenezaji wa sabuni: Tumia glavu za kukukinga, hakikisha lye haiingi kwa macho wakati wowote.
